Easter Sunday!

We had been gone to FL all week and it was Easter Sunday, we somehow fit the Easter Baskets and an egg hunt into a half hour before Christine (their Mom) was coming to get them...was short but sweet!!

Mckenna is very into us matching, having the same hair, wearing the same clothes, etc. Here is an example of a shirt for me and a dress for her!

Spring Break 2009

I am over a month late posting these pix, but the spring just got away from us. We went to Clearwater, FL to visit Rich's Dad (the kids call him Big Daddy) after our beachfront condo in Myrtle Beach was cancelled due to cold weather. We wanted to get some sun over spring break so we had to head due south to Florida!

There were a few cold days, but we got to the beach or pool most days. We had to take in the Monsters vs. Aliens movie in 3D, go see The Bounty Pirate Ship and do a little shopping, but overall it was a low key week. We also picked oranges, found beautiful sea shells, watched someone catch a sting ray at the dock, found lizards and named them names like Big Tail, Blender, Jack, Seargant and Tiny, tried to fly a kite, went to Fort DeSoto, read Pokemon books and so much more!

Oh wait, did I mention his Dad was getting married that Friday - we had no idea! So it was fast prep to find an outfit for everyone to wear for the special day by the fountain. Big Daddy and Raquel were married at 6pm on Friday, April 10th! Congrats Big Daddy!
